Work in a Nursery
Conservation Volunteers Northern Ireland run both a tree nursery and a wildflower nursery.
Both nurseries grow plants from locally collected seed, helping to maintain the genetic diversity of our native plants. The new plants contribute to biodiversity projects across Northern Ireland.
Volunteering in the nurseries you can learn specific horticultural skills, meet other people from across Europe and beyond and travel across Northern Ireland collecting seed from important conservation sites.
