Our second visit to this local residential community group close to Crawfordsburn Country Park in North Down was as successful as last year! Even more of the residents turned up to join in.
Further down towards the sea than last year’s planting, we added a mixture of Rowan and Hazel. These will grow up to form a small, low-growing copse that will support a wide variety of wildlife.
Once again, a very welcome (and by now expected!) coffee and biscuit break ended the Saturday morning.
