The Coleraine Conservation Action Team have made the best of the fine January weather to deliver an allotment project for the charity 'Patchwork' at a site near Portrush.
The charity will use the garden as a haven for those rehabilitating from drug and alcohol misuse.
The team has constructed a series of raised beds both outdoors and inside the two polytunnels with pathways designed to be accessible for all users of the facility.
A substantial hen run has also been erected.
It is hoped that the site can be further enhanced in the coming months to include a potting shed and an outdoor social space for barbeques and fine dining with fresh produce direct from the garden!
