Carbon Army

Conservation Volunteers recently launched BTCV’s Carbon Army in Northern Ireland with a tree planting event in Old Colin Woodland.

During the first three weeks of December BTCV hopes to carry out 3,000 days of action - one day for each of the 3,000 delegates attending the UN Climate Change Conference in Copenhagen.

The campaign aims to make a visible statement of our commitment to tackling climate change.
